When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that fulfillment may take slightly longer during high-volume periods like drops or holidays.


How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 3–4 weeks of the order date. We ship made-to-order and use trusted fulfillment partners, which helps us offer exclusive items but may result in longer delivery times.


How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow a few days for the tracking info to update.


What’s your return policy?

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If the item is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.


Can I exchange an item?

Yes — if you need a different size or got a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. The fastest method is to return the item and place a new order once your return is accepted.


Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.


Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, reach out to us at 7thstreetapparelco@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee changes or cancellations after fulfillment begins.


I entered the wrong shipping address — what now?

Contact us ASAP at 7thstreetapparelco@gmail.com. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee changes once the order is processed.
